The MAN WITH THE VISION FOR VISON THEATRICAL FOUNDATION.

Byron R. Stringer

Byron is the intellectual force behind this change. A former police officer took it upon himself to help reduce the number of preventable deaths among American children. After realizing that kids needed a positive outlet for their emotions, he developed the TOE TAGS Monologues.

We are saving kids’ lives.
Every day we hear of our youth being victims of some form of abuse…it could be physical, mental, bullying, sexual and the list goes on.
Our Life Skills Workshop, Job Skills Workshop, Mentoring Program and Live Performances are saving kids’ lives.
During my 26 years as a Las Vegas Metro Police Officer, I witnessed so much of this. I felt that something had to be done to support these young people and get them through these tragic circumstances. With that in mind, I created the Toe Tag Monologues as a way for our youth to express their pains and issues. It shows our community why so many of our kids end up with a toe tag on their foot at the morgue. - Byron Stringer

OUR MISSION

Vision Theatrical Foundation uses drama to help kids get through their own drama. Through peer to peer theater-based programs, we create an arena where difficult subjects can be discussed, and difficult spaces can be safe for kids to be themselves. Through our 11 c’s for success we in part tools to parents, educators, and community leaders. Our Evidence-based non-traditional approach is effective in reaching all youths and adults.
